DMI/CME vs the science

A seminal paper was released in 2025 regarding the state of the evidence when it comes to manual facility techniques.


"Where’s the Evidence? Challenging Therapists to Stop Legitimizing Dynamic Movement Intervention and Cuevas Medek Exercises".


From well respected members of the Oceania (formerly AusACPDM), American (AACPDM) and European Academies , this open access paper calls on therapists to implement more evidence based practices.


Endorsed by the APTA, CanChild, Yale School of Medicine - there is now a groundswell of support advocating for moving away from interventions like CME and DMI.
