kate dolling

pre 2019

Kate established a successful banking career in her twenties, becoming one of the youngest

bank managers at NAB. Later Kate expanded her finance accreditations and role to include

the management of multiple branches, and was nominated for and completed multiple

leadership programs within the organisation.

Throughout her career, Kate has led and facilitated onboarding workshops for new staff as

well as coaching and mentoring programs for future business leaders. Through these peer

mentoring experiences Kate found she was able to have more impact on the quality of

conversations with employees and customer outcomes. Kate also possesses a significant

and successful background in sales and marketing, with particular interest in the consumer

experience.

Kate’s passion for customer service and peer mentoring extended to State leadership roles

in coaching and personnel development resulting in better outcomes for both her employees

and customers.

2019 - 2024

In 2019 Kate shifted her focus full time to family and raising her two wonderful young sons.

With her oldest child diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Kate has spent the last few years

dedicated to learning as much as she can about meaningful participation, advocacy and

inclusion for children with neurological conditions to ensure her family can live their best

lives.

With her own lived experience and the support of her wonderful family, Kate is excited to join

the Healthy Strides team in a formal capacity as Consumer Liaison to assist families and

children with neurological conditions through research projects, the TheraBytes podcast and

advocacy, to have a positive impact on their lives.
